Roles
PilotBridge acts as a processor for operator-controlled data and as a controller for platform account data.
Subprocessors
Current subprocessors: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Cloud hosting provider (infrastructure), and the FAA Airman Registry (verification).
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring of production systems.
