The terms that govern your use of PilotBridge as an operator, pilot, or visitor.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing PilotBridge you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Pilots must hold current FAA certifications and medicals. Operators must be lawful Part 91 or 135 entities.
3. Marketplace role
PilotBridge is a technology marketplace. Operators contract pilots directly; PilotBridge is not the employer of pilots.
4. Payments & subscriptions
Premium pilot subscriptions and operator fees are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate FAA regulations, misrepresent credentials, or abuse the platform.
